Why Equestrian Pilates?

The Three S's
Based around a simple framework of maximising Symmetry, Stability and Suppleness, Jacqueline demonstrates exercises to help with common Rider faults, such as:
'Tipping' in saddle and corresponding lower back pain
Collapsing on one side and/or 'Fixed or unsteady' hand
Unable to turn the body easily or dealing with a 'lazy' leg aid
